Hotel Novara Expo

Terrible experience, I had to book for another day, I made a mistake with the booking asking to change the date or at least get a partial refund, without anything being granted to me. Truly indecent, highly unrecommended.

Poor Service and Unresolved Requests! One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I stayed here as part of a tour package and would not have chosen it otherwise. The main issue was the worst customer service and dirty rooms! Before and after check-in, I repeatedly requested a clean and twin room. For two days, staff kept telling me to come back later, with no effort to resolve the issue. The most disappointing interaction was with Fabio at reception, who repeated the same response and refused to connect me with a manager. This reflects serious service and training problems. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Hospitality requires communication, respect, and problem-solving not absolutely not caring about guests and especially reviews as they did)

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and found a clean environment, quiet and comfortable rooms (TV, wifi, mini bar).
