Hotel Ristorante Tre Leoni

Dirt and bad smells everywhere. The room smells like smoke. Dirty bathroom. There are no bathroom products. Dirty carpet everywhere. All clearly old and badly maintained. Breakfast with packaged products. I don't understand how structures like this can still exist in 2024.

With €100 for bed and breakfast and €30 for transfers to and from the airport, a person expects at least to find a clean room. THE BED was completely unmade, only the blanket had been placed (which I don't comment on). THE clearly used SHEETS, on which we obviously didn't sleep, were full of fur and hair... as was the mattress and listen, listen... THE SHOWER. We preferred to sleep on our beach towels rather than rest our faces and bodies on who knows what. I don't expect 5-star treatment, but I don't gloss over cleanliness.

The room was small and smelled cigarettes. I couldn’t sleep for the heat (there was airco but the fan is just in front of the bed. Not recommended unless you want to wake up with a cold) and for the noises coming from upstairs or other rooms and the corridor. One can literally hear everything that happens in ghe building. I was attracted by the price (not that low though for a place of this fashion) and by the proximity to the airport. The previous reviews were rather good and I decided to book my stay. Seriously I can not believe there are people who can enjoy a place of this kind. I guess this is the beauty of the human kind but undermines the whole usefulness of trip reviews..for someone of my taste this place is definitely to be avoided.
