Terrible food reheated in the microwave and verbal aggression from the owner. Shameful behavior, worthy of a lawsuit. My partner and I had an experience that calling shameful is an understatement. It is not just about low-level catering, but a total lack of human and professional respect on the part of the owner. The food served was an insult to cooking: The breaded veal cutlet had breading that was completely wet, soggy, and mushy. The clear and indisputable proof of a dish not cooked to order, but recycled and reheated in the microwave, with the steam having completely destroyed the cutlet's breading. The beef steak was of the exact same quality: a rubbery shoe sole, overcooked and also put through the microwave. Food totally inedible. The real bottom of the barrel, however, was reached when I civilly expressed my complaint. The owner, to save face in front of the objective embarrassment of his actions, reacted with unheard-of arrogance. Instead of apologizing, he insulted me heavily in front of everyone, falsely accusing me of making up excuses to not pay the bill and ordering me to leave. I want to clarify that I had no problem paying for dinner; I simply expected the respect due to a paying customer. The aggressive and defamatory attitude of the owner was of unheard-of gravity, an extreme situation that would deserve legal protection. A person like that should not have to deal with the public. This review is not just a vent, but a public report that I hope will be read and taken charge of by the competent control bodies (NAS and ASL). A management that recycles food in this way and verbally attacks customers violates the most basic professional, commercial, and health and hygiene standards. It is necessary that those in charge intervene promptly with serious disciplinary measures against this person and the business to protect consumers. Terrible place, embarrassing food, and management to stay away from. Avoid this place if you want to preserve your liver and your dignity.

We have never had such a bad hotel as it calls itself. The price for the room is outrageous. Mold in the bathroom in the shower. Cold water, loud traffic noise, right on the street. The breakfast: 1 croissant, 1 cappuccino etc., otherwise pre-packaged rusk or cookies. Absolutely no recommendation.

Location chosen for its proximity to Como. From previous reviews I was prepared for a spartan accommodation, but instead I found a kind and competent welcome, comfortable and clean environments. Family management including the restaurant which seemed to us to be of excellent quality/price ratio. Abundant breakfast. To be recommended and repeated the experience especially to break up a tourist trip or for a visit to Como
