Una Malpensa

The location is convenient with ample parking, but the room is not really 4-star quality; it lacks double pillows, the minimum necessary towels, maintenance is so-so, the elevator did not work, the button to go up, etc. The worst part is the breakfast, with scarce products of very low quality, both sweet with sad mini pastries and a cake like a star-shaped bread just placed there by chance, and even worse, the savory items look unappetizing and lack flavor; the ham and cheese seem like hostel-style toast, a kind of chemical orange soda put in a pitcher, and only a little more fruit—4, and I mean 4 pieces of watermelon, and I won't comment further. But now comes the best part: if you want real fresh-squeezed juice, it's 5 euros; if you want salmon, it's 10 euros, and so on. It's just ridiculous to serve a terrible breakfast, charge 15 euros for it, and then put a menu on the table with an endless list of options. For a coffee and a pastry, I can go outside and spend less than half, and they are not frozen. It is better to choose something else; there are too many options nearby.

I had to postpone the booking date due to an emergency. Originally friendly and nice - but then when I wanted to book the new date, no one responded to my emails to confirm the appointment, and I was brushed off on the phone as well. In the end, I was charged EUR 180 without ever having seen a room in the hotel. For me, this is not the standard of a good hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel around Milan 🇮🇹. The staff is always smiling, welcoming and attentive to the slightest remarks, which is really appreciative. The breakfast is hearty, varied and quality: perfect to start the day well. The bedding is also excellent, we slept very well. Small downside though: a night mask is missing, because the curtains do not completely obscure the light. In addition, the outdoor PMR parking spaces are not clearly marked on the public parking lot, which can complicate their access. Despite this, many thanks to the whole team for their professionalism and hospitality. The hotel is ideally located, quite close to Milan with quick access by motorway. We recommend without hesitation!
