Hotel Berlino

We were in Milan for the Bruno Mars concert: me, my daughter, and a friend of hers. We chose this hotel and we could not have made a better choice! The hotel is truly wonderful: spacious room, very clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and with a huge selection. Furthermore, we forgot to communicate in advance that one of the girls was celiac, but the staff was very kind and immediately organized to offer her a breakfast suitable for her needs. An attention that we really appreciated. The location is another great strength: it is strategic, with all the bus stops nearby, and it allowed us to reach the San Siro stadium comfortably on foot, avoiding traffic and public transport. A truly pleasant stay in every aspect. If we were to return to Milan, we would definitely choose this hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

arrived at this property and we received a normal welcome, a little in advance we were made to leave the suitcase and then as agreed we checked in at 15 ... entering the room the temperature was unbearable, too hot, we verified that the heating was off and indeed was so ... at 22 when we returned the room was unlivable, and I'm sorry but your customer service has patched it up great .. I explained to the person present at the reception the problem, who with a tone of "taunting" told me that the solution was to open the window, otherwise he had no solution for us ... the most annoying thing was that no one deigned to go up to the room to confirm our annoyance and that this person has not in any way sought an alternative solution, such as changing room, but he clearly told me : either so or tried somewhere else ... if I had been alone I would have changed hotel, but being with my 8-year-old son and my wife it did not seem the case ... we actually "slept"v with the window open , without mosquito net and therefore with pigeons and more on the windowsill itself ..
