The charm is that of an old inn from times gone by. The managers are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modest, but have all the essentials, including a kettle. Both in the room, along the stairs, in the galleries and in the corridor, there are many particular objects that make you understand the personality of the owners. The view is very beautiful. Let's hope the new management won't debase the atmosphere.

This family run boutique hotel was like staying with friends. They helped us solve several travel problems and treated us like friends. Helpful, pleasant and informative. We had a very unique and exquisite dinner from their cucina and delicious morning breakfasts in their garden dining area on the lake front. I would highly recommend this comfortable and charming hotel.

The hotel is simple and dated and would definitely need a "revisit", but the hospitality and availability of the owners make up for it in a big way! The owner was very nice and, considering my eating problems, he made me prepare a cake without cinnamon for breakfast! I had discovered this hotel-restaurant thanks to an episode of "Quattro Ristoranti" and I had noted it more for the restaurant than for the hotel. For dinner, however, we decided to go to another place because the restaurant has a fixed daily menu and that evening the dishes were not very compatible with my eating problems (due to the spices that I cannot eat).
