Excellent location. They allowed us to leave the bags and do an early check-in in one of the rooms, which was very valuable. Good bathroom. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. I would definitely repeat the experience.

Wow. This is a perfectly placed hotel and the staff here are so nice and friendly. Marco, Michela, and Martina are so so nice and helpful as front of house; Marco is an All Star and answered so many questions I had before and during our trip! The gal that takes your coffee order in the morning is so happy and friendly and the brefast is perfect to get you going in the morning. The rooms are small, but nice, very clean, and well kept. Each day when cleaning comes in, our rooms are spotless and smells refreshed again! The AC is excellent; very cold during Como's hot summer days. We have a balcony that over looks the fountain and Lake Como, beautiful in the mornings and evenings to start or end your day. It's not a fancy, high end hotel but it's the BEST value hotel in Menaggio. I will recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday and loved it here. Great service, lovely sized room with a nice view and the staff were super friendly. The only negative was the restaurant in the evening where we ate once. Expensive and tiny portions. One of the staff (the head waiter) was quite rude so that’s the only negative! Close to the port to catch ferries and stunning lake views. Loads of places to eat too. Highly recommended!
