Great stay in a warm hotel

T7392ZDmaricarmens

We have been staying at the hotel from last Tuesday until yesterday; it has been great. The hotel is small (just how I like it), decorated very simply but beautifully, with wonderful views. The staff is charming; they treated us phenomenally and were very attentive to everything we needed. The café-restaurant has spectacular views of the lake, and they were super attentive and attentive to us. The breakfast was a buffet, and although you did not have all kinds of cold cuts and cheeses like in most places, they made omelets and eggs to order, and there was a variety of fresh fruits, breads, and homemade cakes. The dinner was very delicious, beautifully plated, and the tables were decorated with a small bottle of flowers. Thank you very much, Samuel, to you and your team for your attention.

We cannot thanks the staff enough for our lovely stay here from the 22nd Sept to the 26th Sept. They were very helpful and friendly and efficient, we unfortunately got caught in the floods and storm that week and were stuck in a town we didn’t know and they helped us with finding a local taxi to get us back and even ensured we had milk for tea in our room after we got back. This hotel is also very clean and beds were made every day, breakfast was nice and dinner even better. Thank you for making our stay a thoroughly enjoyable one.
