Hotel Rondanino

I ended up here by chance last night; if you are looking for a quiet place surrounded by greenery and want to eat well, stop here. Everything is delicious in a family atmosphere. The basil ice cream is excellent. I will definitely return.

Simple but very clean hotel, with a fantastic view of the mountains, a silence interrupted only by the chirping of birds, an outdoor space where you can eat or drink something in peace, and a large lawn with trees here and there where you can sit in the shade on comfortable lounge chairs. The restaurant has well-prepared and delicious dishes. I have some problems that make many foods bad for me, and they have always been careful to serve me alternative, always tasty, foods. And what about Mr. Angelo and his daughter Francesca and the whole staff? Always smiling, kind, and available to give directions or simply to chat. And last but not least, little Leonardo, the future of Rondanino, one hopes, a very nice, intelligent little rascal who brings just by his arrival a little extra joy. If I could, I would return tomorrow to the coolness of Rondanino. Really thank you all.

An enchanted place in absolute peace, even if you arrive by car.... Beef cheek in red wine with polenta, I would say exquisite, well done chef.
