Really disappointed that we could not just pop in for an after dinner drink despite there being plenty of room at the bar

We went to hotel to check room price the guy called aplhen gave us price and thought to check with out r agent and sat in the sofa area to check with our agent but he was rude and told to us go out

From garda more to como, From 4 stars to 4 stars Thought that'd be good there too! Anything but that, Location is good but that was it, Room dirty old and broken Wifi receive -2 really bad TV - no reception at all Don’t be fooled by the photos on the site or booking. We looked for the rooms that were on there, not to find, Parking drama, parking space reserved but they said may be, but you have to park in the parking garage 700 meters further on. Restaurant has a very small menu! With only 3 pizzas on it !!!! And that in Italy. Breakfast was nothing (believe they are still baking the sandwiches now ) Because there weren't any! After asked, with answer TODAY not !!! But neither do the other days.toast bread yes. All in all wasted money !!!
