Returning, I stopped; I am giving this review given the management's attitude. Perhaps customers should be considered as such, and listened to. I had problems with the room, and as I reported them, they immediately denied it and accused me of not being objective. I was only asking, and suggesting more cleanliness in the room; for breakfast, you have to be among the first to be able to have a variety of food; if you arrive late after 09:00, you risk having only the leftovers. I asked for water twice. Fortunately, on the 3rd time, it arrived.

I booked a room in the late afternoon because I had to stop in Brescia for work. A very pleasant discovery: despite the late check-in, it was past 10 PM, the super professional and kind staff let me have dinner and pampered me in a delightful way. Dinner with tartare and dessert, all accompanied by a fresh and pleasant Franciacorta. In short, everything was perfect at the restaurant! Impeccable reception and simple, clean, and tidy room. Try the restaurant and the friendliness of this place
