The main advantage of this establishment is being located a stone's throw from the lake and close to the city center. We stayed in this slightly dated hotel for 5 nights and the result is that there is little positive. Air conditioning very noisy and impossible to adjust the operation. Breakfast is quite basic and no food is kept refrigerated. The yogurts are warm and the fruit compotes look like lukewarm soup. As for the cheeses and cold cuts, they are not kept in a refrigerated area. The few fruits are not very fresh. The service staff is somewhat in keeping with the buffet, and more appropriate attire would be required. We had a mishap with the cleaning staff following the disappearance of our KINDLE e-reader one day before our departure and its reappearance a few days after we left, which resulted in us filing a theft report with the city's carabinieri. This device, which we looked for in vain when packing our suitcases, remained missing and was the subject of a verbal altercation with a supposed hotel manager. And as if by magic, after a letter to management, the e-reader resurfaced (hotel email 2 days after our departure 🤔🤔) in the room safe, even though we had left it on one of the room's nightstands before it disappeared. It just goes to show that space-time travel exists in this establishment. We do not recommend this establishment and will not return under any circumstances. PS: despite the "do not disturb" sign, the cleaning staff enters our room. A word to the wise. Il semble que le voyage dans le temps existe dans cet établissement. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et n'y retournerons sous aucun prétexte. PS : Malgré le panneau « ne pas déranger », le personnel de ménage est entré dans notre chambre. Un homme averti en vaut deux.

The Relax Area service, widely advertised in the hotel brochure, was not available upon our arrival without any prior notice. When asked for clarification, the receptionist maintained a cold attitude, going so far as to suggest we leave, and without even offering a gesture of apology for the inconvenience. Good location, allowing easy access to the lakeside on foot. Spacious room and bathroom, although essential and a bit dated (especially the bathroom, which had noticeable cracks on the floor and wall tiles). Good cleanliness. I would improve the breakfast offering, which proved to be extremely basic and of just sufficient quality, especially considering the cost incurred for the stay, which also included breakfast.
