The exterior of this accommodation is very beautiful. Both the gardens and the terrace for breakfast and the pool are very much worth it. The breakfast is complete and the staff's service is very good. But the rooms are a bit disappointing and the cleanliness needs to be improved. We found corners, under-bed areas unswept, and too many spider webs inside the room. It is definitely where it needs to improve.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The pool area was beautiful with plenty of sun loungers, so there was always a place to relax. The surroundings were peaceful and inviting, and the large rooms gave us lots of space. The hotel never felt overcrowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is just a short ride from the town, where you'll find a great selection of excellent restaurants. The only small downside was the breakfast, which could have been at a slightly higher standard. The bread seemed to be off-bake and didn't quite match the quality of the rest of the hotel, and the staff occasionally struggled to keep the buffet fully stocked. Overall, we had a wonderful few days, and the breakfast was only a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience. A big recommendation from our family of nine!

The staff at the reception is very kind, the breakfast is excellent, and the garden suite is clean and comfortable. I am not giving more stars because on Saturday, when we arrived at 3 PM, we were not informed that there was a wedding and that the pool was unavailable. So, without a pool, without a spa because it was closed, and on Saturday evening without a restaurant because it was already fully booked. The staff was kind because on Sunday morning we were able to leave the suite at 12 instead of 10, so we finally had the chance to swim in the pool. A table became available at the restaurant, so we had lunch at Santellone; everything was excellent, but at 104 degrees outside under the umbrella, we felt like we were in a sauna.
