The owner is wonderful. The cleaning ladies are sweet and polite. Rating 10 for the panoramic pool. But, and this can clearly be subjective. The only access is an elevator. No external stairs? I believe so in case of an emergency, so I would evaluate this. But certainly subjective. I stayed at this hotel from 14 to 16 August and the experience was impeccable. The room was large and really spotless, attention to detail. The rooftop pool is just crazy, perfect for relaxing with beautiful views, great breakfast and dinner, excellent service. I will definitely be back!
