Let's forget about all the negative parts of this hotel, which only has a breakfast room that is worth saving, zero cleanliness, courtesy from only some of the staff, but the sad thing is that upon arriving with a one kg dog they ask for a 20 euro DAILY supplement, paid immediately because maybe they were afraid we would run away, I don't know... the best part at check out we find a post-it note saying dog supplement to be paid, we point out that the rip-off has already happened, at this point we ask for the receipt for the dog payment too but the girl replies that she can't... I think the seriousness of this hotel is easily understandable, having said that NEVER AGAIN AND THERE IS NO NEED TO PRETEND TO MAKE A FUSS OVER THE DOG AS SOON AS THE SUCKERS TO BE PLUCKED ARRIVE

I spent a night in Desenzano staying at this hotel with my wife and our son who is almost 6 months old. We had a very good experience; it is a well-maintained 3-star hotel with several nice touches. The room is not huge but is cozy; from the balcony, we could see a glimpse of the lake. Excellent breakfast with a view, located on the fifth floor with large windows; there is also a pool with a hot tub and sun loungers on the sixth floor if desired. The only advice I would give is to reconsider the glass doors for the bathrooms; for those who need to sleep with a night light on (and the bedside lamps or courtesy lights are excessive), leaving the bathroom light on is a great solution, but with a glass door, this becomes difficult. We still slept well. The staff is very kind and helpful; we will recommend your hotel!
