In a 9-day stay in the residence, I encountered the excellent helpfulness of the staff, ready to make themselves available to resolve any possible issue. The logistics of the internal rooms of the apartment were convenient, with everything needed for the stay and even more (having a fridge and the kitchen available was very useful, the clean linen was in greater quantity than necessary, but it guaranteed the use of always freshly laundered towels). The location of the residence also favored all movements in the city, including the presence of a large car park. The stay created the intention to return

What a let-down. No bar, restaurant, pool was drained, nobody on reception most of the time. Dated, badly in need of refurbishment. Lights flickered, bathroom smelled, shower-head kept falling down. Would I go again- never, not in a million years!!!

A very clean, luxury and unbelievably comfortable accommodation with very friendly and helpful stuff members. But we unfortunately had our Unit in front of a round about and the other very negative point was the train on the other side we could hear almost all night. We had about a 15minutes walk to the Center of the City free parking in front and an amazing Apartment I can recommend to all of u. Thank u heaps for a nice stay at the Health House Desenzano. We'll be back for sure :) !!
