Terrible experience, tiny bathroom, very small and uncomfortable shower. Terrible breakfast with packaged and poor-quality products

I usually prefer not to write negative reviews, but in this case I think it might be useful for other guests to know my experience at this hotel. Since my arrival, the allocated room has proved extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest properly. I immediately reported the problem at the reception, expecting a minimum of understanding or the proposal of an alternative solution, such as a change of room, (paying, of course, a supplement). Unfortunately, the owners have not shown any willingness to meet me. No concrete proposals, no attempts to resolve the discomfort. The situation was handled with little professionalism and attention to the customer, to the point that finding no alternative I left after the first of three nights, (with cancellation of the remaining two). I find this behaviour unacceptable, especially given that hospitality should be a priority in this area. The value for money is decidedly poor (on average 95€ per night) for a decentralized hotel and a noisy room. One positive note: the two young girls at the reception who were really very kind. I would not recommend this property to those seeking customer attention and a quiet stay.

Yes they exist family hotel. Very friendly people and room super neat. Breakfast is luxurious and even opened earlier on request. Nice pool and terrace. Only minus some small shower for grown people. Location on busy road but not disturbing in the room it is quiet. Parking is possible at the hotel. Next time back here.
