Right after booking and paying on Booking, I read dozens of one and two-star reviews and became worried. My wife arrived a couple of hours before me; I told her to check the room... but despite the ultra-negative reviews, the room was clean and tidy. We had a dog with us, and we informed them at the reservation. In the room, they placed a pillow, some snacks, and a bowl for water. The staff is very courteous. The room and the bathroom were clean, although they appeared a bit "dated." No insects or anything else. They also recently painted... there were drops of paint on some tiles. I did not find it bad, although for the cost of the stay, over 110 euros plus 15 euros for the dog, one would expect a "more upscale" place. The lake view room has a partial view of the lake... you can see it partially beyond the parking lot and through the branches of the trees. IT'S NOT THAT BAD

After the change of ownership 25/26...none of the negative reviews are accurate....I was pleasantly surprised and would book again. Small 3-star hotel on a noisy street (market, etc.) directly by the lake with very friendly staff.

That’s good. The hotel is not new but clean and well located. Clean, quiet room. Full breakfast.
