Kristall Lago Residence

My stay at RESIDENCE KRISTALL LAGO srl was unfortunately a consistently disappointing experience. The first thing I noticed was the ubiquitous mold throughout the facility. It seemed the owners didn't care what health risks they put their guests through. This not only affected my stay, but also raised serious health concerns. To top it all off, the owner keeps an aggressive pit bull that pokes at every guest entering or leaving the facility. This not only caused a constant feeling of discomfort, but also significantly restricted my freedom of movement. It is hard to believe that such a situation is tolerated. A particularly serious problem arose when it came to long-term rentals. It seems that this is working with unclear or possibly misleading contractual terms that can easily lead to a rip-off. Interested parties should be extremely careful and read the contracts several times to avoid unpleasant surprises. This experience was anything but the hoped for relaxing holiday experience. I cannot help but strongly advise everyone not to stay until serious improvements are made.

We stayed as a family in one of the apartments of the residence. The apartment on the ground floor, all new with a fully equipped kitchen fridge oven and coffee maker. the apartment had a bedroom a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. linen is provided by the property and possibly there is a washing machine to wash towels. the place is very quiet and close enough to the center, will be 10 minutes a quarter of an hour walk. The residence has a children's pool and another larger one not very crowded and cared for. There are always lifeguards present. in itself complex is not brand new but still all very clean! I can say that we would definitely return.

We stayed two nights in this residence, booked a few days before with Booking. The apartment was large enough for the 4 of us and complete with everything we could need. The structure is not very recent, it needs some maintenance, but it does not compromise a good stay. A little difficult to access the apartment the first time (there is no reception) but after that everything was ok. The large swimming pool is very welcome...
