We were there for one night with our dog. We were welcomed very warmly, everything was explained to us in great detail. With regard to the rest of the staff, however, one must say that this is probably highly dependent on the individual. Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed at breakfast, at the pool, or at the bar. Only passing through the garden to get to the adjacent promenade is permitted. Furthermore, there is only a small strip of green outside there to walk the dog. The region there did not seem very dog-friendly to us in general. We had a standard double room with a balcony and a view of Lake Garda on the second floor: the view was fantastic!! The room was clean and the bathroom was quite new. Therefore very good by Italian standards. The rooms are just very thin-walled; thank God there was quiet from the adjacent room at 11 o'clock for us. However, you could hear the shower next door almost 1:1, just like the conversations. The pool also seemed quite clean, the lounge chairs a bit outdated or worn. There are also hotel-owned lounge chairs on a small "beach section" along the promenade. We would not have laid down there, as tourists are constantly walking by. The breakfast was also very, very extensive. Pastries, fruit, yogurt, and prepared dishes like antipasti were very good. Our dog cost €15 for 1 night at check-out, which was also completely fine. In summary, the hotel was perfectly adequate for 1 night; we would not have felt comfortable there for longer, especially with a dog.

Good evening, I am writing with a bit of a delay but I want to leave a super positive review about this hotel. First of all to Mr. Stefano, originally from Rome like us, who provided us from the beginning with excellent advice also on good restaurants in the area that are not too touristy and on trips to take, and a thank you also to the other two people at the reception including the night porter whose names I do not remember. Excellent cleanliness, varied and fresh breakfast, and condition of the beautiful pool. We will recommend this property to our friends. Thank you, Eleonora + Maria Grazia

Hotel is what I would call a 3 star. Our bathroom was newly renovated but room wasn’t - old curtains, uncomfortable bed, dated furniture. It’s a pity as location is good with only a 5-10 min walk into centre of town along the promenade. Lots of fabulous restaurants to choose from when there. Breakfast included in our room rate - was standard! Lake on the doorstep but unfortunately I noticed a Notice warning about a parasite in the lake that causes swimmers itch. I swam three times in the lake and yes got bitten. If you staying here I would contact hotel first about quality of your room. If offered Old dated room - go somewhere else.
