Best Western Jet

Good hotel, close to the parking and Malpensa. Excellent value for money. Basic rooms, which is not meant to be a negative note, clean, equipped with watchable TV and not only present to meet the minimum of the category. Positive experience.

Having read some of the other reviews of this hotel in this page, I was very surprised. I don't have any complaints about this hotel - quite the contrary, I found it very pleasant and conveniently located. It is within easy walking distance of the railway station, which is itself within about 30 minutes travel of both Milan city centre and Malpensa airport. It is also relatively close to several of the lakes. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. My room was clean and comfortable,and had good facilities. The hotel even had an outdoor pool (approximately 15 metres long) where I was able to enjoy a couple of decent swims. The breakfast was decent value for 9 Euros, with cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, cheese, various breads and pastries, plus unlimited tea or coffee. The only downside I could really think of was that the TV only seemed to have Italian channels (although one of them went over to French news late at night). All in all, I found it good value for money and well located.

It sucks. Dirty hotel and VERY rude staff. There were no towels in the room and the sink was leaking. It is not a best western but a shabby and badly run hotel. DO NOT GO THERE
