Hotel Grande Italia

Hotel near Malpensa Airport , be prepared that the price of train tickets will be different every day . If there is no auto the price to the center for two will be in the area of 35 euros including metro, to the center of Milan by train takes 30 minutes. The hotel was very cold in October , the heating in Gallarat the municipality will only turn on in November - so answered us at the reception. It took three whole days to replace the towels, the staff barely spoke English - it was difficult to communicate. The hotel lobby is a little mess- there is furniture that does not decorate the interior. There's a coffee machine but no coin changer- so buying coffee can be a problem. There are a couple of restaurants and a pizzeria near the hotel where you can have a cheap snack. In the rooms, blankets wrapped in sheets instead of blankets are very strange. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't working, and neither was the safe that none of the staff could open. There was a mini fridge in the room which was a plus. I didn't feel like a guest at this hotel. The five stars declared on the Agoda website do not correspond to reality - maximum two stars . Look for other accommodation options in Milan !

They immediately solved a small problem in an optimal way. Clean, warm and tidy room. I recommend it if you are in Gallarate but especially if you have to fly, it is just a few kilometers from the Residence. Private parking

Convenient for reaching the airport independently. Equipped with a small internal car park. Clean room with towels and soap. There is no check-in staff but the instructions are very clear and we had no difficulties. I leave 3 stars because the access codes to the rooms are accessible to everyone and the bathroom walls need to be fixed (see Photo). There is no air conditioning but the room is equipped with a fairly noisy air conditioner that did not allow us to close the window (see photo).
