Hotel Bersagliere

Beautiful view. The only positive note. We arrived and they could not find the reservation made with the gift box. Moreover, we paid an extra 65 euros because otherwise they would not reserve the room for us. I want to clarify that with the gift box you should not pay anything extra. (We stayed one night with breakfast, as stated in the gift box). So everything was included. Fortunately, we did not have dinner there. The room faces a busy street, so sleep is precarious. They put earplugs on the nightstand. I have never seen that in a hotel in my life! Essential bathroom, fairly clean like the room. I advise anyone wishing to come to these places to NOT book this hotel!!!!!!

Hotel framed by a wonderful view and in a strategic position for those who, like us, with the car want to wander the villages along Lake Como. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room, as requested, large, double with private bathroom (because there is the possibility of shared bathroom) and with balcony overlooking the lake... super exciting! Our stay included breakfast, served in a small room on the first floor, overlooking the lake, with delicious and abundant buffet (Italian and international) So far everything is fine... too bad that the rooms (ours and that of our friends) were DIRTY! On the evening of arrival (10 pm) we removed from above the bed a super web with mega spider included, furniture and furnishings invaded by dust! The bathrooms, although equipped with clean towels (they gave off the typical laundry smell), were dirty, dusty and with hair and hair scattered here and there! Thank goodness we had soaked toilet towels and we sanitized everything!! In short, if we were to return to Como certainly would not return to this structure, which although with many merits HAS AN INDISPUTABLE HUGE DEFECT: LA SPORCIZIA! For us it is NO!

our lovely room with kitchenette and recently renovated bathroom was about 700 meters from the hotel, accessible only by car because the road is dangerous and uphill, but in any case it is located in a very quiet and peaceful building and the room's terrace it directly overlooks the lake with a spectacular view!, good breakfast and courtesy of the staff, but little attention to cleanliness and supply of the kitchen a little too basic. A more than positive note is that dogs are welcome.
