Don't take it It was the worst experience of my life and especially of my parents Terrible rooms, some without air conditioning so it is impossible to stay in the summer Bathroom for common use We took a room that we couldn't breathe in. There was a kind of fan that was of no use and in fact it was even hotter. Trust me, I have stayed in many B&B hotels and hostels, I even slept on the street a couple of times as a kid This without a doubt was the worst of my life The photos are deceiving Thank you

Sandwiching the good and the bad: Good: the manager, Fulvia, has a good heart and is certainly a people person, speaks good English. The other "tenants", you are sharing bathrooms with rental payers, are very helpful and also friendly, and thank goodness they are there otherwise wouldn't have been able to turn off the tap in the shared bathroom. The owner has forgotten how to invest in the property. The following are problems: hot tap in bathroom sink that cannot be used, sink unit that is a death trap. All it needs is for someone to give it a pull and it would fall away from the wall, breakfast provided by local bar/cafe businesses, but only get one coffee and one croissant. Dusty rooms, under the bed hadn't seen a duster for a while, door in room 5 to balcony with a view only of the sky wouldn't shut. Light shades were made of cardboard. The owner spent very little in Ikea to furnish the rooms. Bed was comfortable though. No shower cubicles for 2nd floor guests but available to 1st floor guests. I don't think you can swap as you are told which bathroom you shared on arrival. If you like hostels or cheap motels then this is the place for you but if you prefer quaint, boutique, chic, attractive, clean, then go elsewhere. I wouldn't go back but I am grateful to the kind tenant and Fulvia for paid lift to the airport. However, thinking about this, I maybe should have asked for insurance details first!!! 😵 kitchen was interesting and thank goodness for the bar/cafe next door.

Although the accommodation is not at all bad, they could do their best to make certain repairs. We had problems with inoperable sockets, some lights did not work, the roof windows in the bathroom can not be closed, ... we had 4 hair dryers, but none worked. Also, the only (portable) climate did not work. I recommend that the owner of the apartment sometimes look a little over the kitchen and buy cutlery. We only had two knives and two spoons for 9 people, but there were really many forks. Maybe they could do a little bit more about breakfast.
