Very comfortable hotel in Legnano with free parking, large, quiet, well-air-conditioned room without overdoing it, with a small balcony overlooking the park and clean, all kits available in the bathroom (even toothbrushes), efficient and precise reception, very varied breakfast. What can I say....what else?!

The room is correct, but the Welcoming... is another story. As soon as I arrived, I was taken away without explanation, as if it was normal to keep it. When I ask to get it back (which is my right, by the way), I am reluctantly returned, with a cold look like winter. No excuses, no explanations, just misconceptions. I didn’t come here to beg for my own document, or to suffer this kind of passive-aggressive attitude. We're a customer, not a number to check. One thing is certain: I will not forget the icy Welcoming and the total lack of professionalism. If you like to be treated with a minimum of respect, look for another place. There are plenty where you can still say “hello” without looking up to the sky.

I couldn't even set foot in it. I phoned to ask about the availability of a room and they said there was but as soon as I said we had a gift box magically the room was no longer available. So I asked him to tell me a weekend off. He told me to send an e-mail and so I did. I put three dates but look at that now the keyboard lion has denied me the reservation. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SERIOUSNESS. That's why I'll never want to go, and I won't send people to ask for advice either. With the box we are uncomfortable and ill-liked customers. Who knows who's taking our money? They should not allow certain hoteliers to advertise themselves on these boxes.
