This is the first time I've ever had something like this! On the site they sold a 4-night hotel promotion with free ski pass, I book at their property and once on site they tell me that the offer is not valid, a real scam! Obviously I reported the incident, absolutely avoid booking from them!

We had a lovely stay . The food was very good and we ended up eating at the hotel everyday . Very good daily specials and variety . But what made the experience extra special is Armando the waiter that took care of us everyday . He went that extra mile with us and the kids. Really made the difference ! The Junior suite room was comfortable . The hotel also had a good pool and spa area . Only thing I wish to point out is that to use the pool you need to pay €10 each including the kids . I’d expect the pool to be included just like other hotels I’ve stayed in .

The structure is rather old internal with dark and dark colors; the staff tries to do its best but maybe it can be enough for the many foreigners who are there but it is little the kitchen in addition to making dishes far from the tradition of the territory has rather narrow dishes in quantities. In the room we had noise from the drains coming from the upper floor!!!! In short, the theoretical stars are far from 4 .... attention the prices charged are very high so quality price inconvenient.
