Baita Luleta

Unfortunately, my first experience in Livigno has just ended. A truly unforgettable vacation, made possible also thanks to the stay at Baita Luleta: super efficient and friendly staff; clean, well-maintained, and fragrant rooms; the breakfast was very well-stocked!!! In short, I highly recommend it to you.

Baita Luleta is an enchanting place, but the true soul of this wonderful setting is Cinzia and her sister Claudia. With care, passion, and love, they dedicate themselves every day to the cabin, making every guest feel pampered and welcomed like at home. Cinzia is always available and affable, ready to enthusiastically recommend the most beautiful spots to visit in the surroundings. She is a person who truly makes the difference. Unfortunately, however, this year, after six years that we hadn't returned to the cabin, we found a change that left us a bit disappointed: the management of reservations has been entrusted to an intermediary agency. We encountered several problems, to the point of having to follow up multiple times for a response, with wait times of almost a month. If it hadn't been for the wonderful memory we kept of Cinzia, we probably would have given up on returning. Even upon arrival, we felt the lack of her welcome: there was only a code for check-in waiting for us. It may be a practical solution, but in our opinion, it is cold and unwelcoming, especially in a place where human warmth has always made the difference. A real shame. Finally, during our stay, we were notified of an alleged non-payment of the tourist tax, which we had actually already paid. An additional mix-up due exclusively to the management of the Carosello 3000 agency. Despite these negative notes, which do not depend on the cabin but on the intermediary, thanks to Cinzia and Claudia, Baita Luleta continues to be a pearl in the heart of Livigno and a place to which we are deeply attached.

Reception and location make an extraordinary place, the hut and 'small and well cared for surrounded by nature and silence, here' you can relax and unwind in earnest. Very clean and cared for you can see that there is 'the commitment of those who do their work with love, starting from the reception where everything is explained in detail, not those annoying check in where now reign codes and DIY. Hearty and delicious breakfast prepared impeccably by Mrs. Claudia who made us feel better than at home, and the explanations of Mrs. Cynthia and some advice on how to move in Livigno made it an impeccable stay!
