We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is truly splendid, welcoming, and cared for in every little detail. Almost all the staff stood out for their great friendliness, but we would like to dedicate a special thank you to Carmen. Friendly, extremely capable, and always at our disposal, she welcomed us with contagious enthusiasm, making us feel right at home. Sincere compliments to the management: with staff of this level, the hotel certainly has an edge. We will return without a doubt, especially for the pleasure of greeting Carmen again. Thanks for everything!

I stayed at the Hotel Amerikan Livigno and my experience was overall very positive. The hotel is well-kept, clean, and welcoming, with environments that immediately convey a feeling of comfort. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ideal for relaxing after an intense day. I would like to give special praise to the staff: everyone was kind and helpful, but Carmen truly deserves a special mention. Her professionalism, courtesy, and attention to guests make the stay even more pleasant. She is a person who truly makes a difference. The only negative note concerns the maître d', David. Besides being unfriendly and not particularly attentive to customer requests, on one occasion he used foul language, even though a colleague pointed it out to him discreetly. Such behavior clashes greatly with the excellent level of the rest of the staff and does not reflect the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Despite this episode, my stay was pleasant and I would gladly return: the hotel and most of the staff are truly excellent.

Excellent hotel, very good food, excellent service. It's a shame about the unpleasant incident involving a woman treated very badly by an employee who was not wearing a uniform like the others and addressed her with very vulgar language, taking advantage of the fact that the lady did not understand what was being said to her in a very rude way, with an arrogant and haughty attitude. A shame, truly a shame. For the rest, everything was excellent.
