Excellent property that I recommend to everyone. Impeccable cleanliness both in the rooms and in all common areas. The spa is taken care of down to the smallest detail and is very clean, a true oasis of relaxation. A special mention for the breakfast, simply "top" and full of fresh products. The real strong point, however, is the extreme kindness of the owners, always welcoming and super attentive, even with our 4-legged friends😃 We will definitely be back!

Hello Eusebio, family and staff. I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your beautiful hotel and hospitality. You and your staff were friendly and informative and always there to help us with anything we needed. The location was so ideal in the centre of town, with excellent facilities, especially the wellness area. The restaurant food and bar were fantastic, the room was well appointed and we had everything we needed, I wish you all the best and hope to return to Livigno and to your fantastic hotel one day. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart 😁😁

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Friendly and always helpful staff, more than excellent. Typical local restaurant inside, good and very comfortable. Very nice and well maintained spa center. Very recommended on all points
