The hotel effortlessly lives up to its name: it is the sun at the heart of Livigno – a truly unique place. There is the warmth, dedication, and expertise of the staff. The hotel’s design and comfort. And, of course, its unique location. If you thought that was impressive, there is also the refined afternoon tea — a delicious showcase of all the culinary delights Livigno has to offer. Exquisite, sustainable, local, and absolutely delicious! Hotel Sonne is a prime example of how know-how, comfort, elegance, discretion, sustainability, innovation, and respect for tradition can come together in perfect harmony. After visiting Hotel Sonne, you will be changed. You will carry Livigno in your heart and you will be wanting to come back to Hotel Sonne.

There for the second time after about five years: Unchanged beautiful stay, a very quiet night. The spa area is wonderfully relaxing and we had it to ourselves for an hour. Everything very clean, nicely furnished and designed, the breakfast buffet rich with fresh products. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again!

One always returns gladly to the splendid suites of this boutique hotel, equipped with every comfort. The welcome is always very cordial: from the owner to her staff, everyone is ready to satisfy any need. It feels like being with family; the service is always discreet and optimal. For example, not liking down comforters, they immediately prepared the bed with cashmere blankets. Bed linens, towels, and tablecloths are top-notch and highly appreciated by those who know how to value them. The suites are spacious and absolutely quiet: it is a pleasure to rest there. The breakfast is absolutely comprehensive. An abundance of superfoods like there is very difficult to find, even in 5-star properties; locally sourced products are always present, with a cornucopia. Since the property is in a set-back and very central position, minimal noise pollution is ensured. Suffice it to say that this is the third year we have returned, precisely for the pleasure of staying there, encountering the same high standard and the same familiar faces.
