I don't know if you are born that rude or if you become that way, ready to curse while sending people away in front of his property with a leaf blower, shameful, and in fact most of the negative comments are precisely about the owner.

This hotel is very well located in the center of the village and near the bus stop. The rooms are renovated. Unfortunately, breakfast is only offered from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. However, what significantly lowers the rating is the rude behavior of a lady.

In addition to a first ICY welcome, we were treated like hell for asking to change the bed, since the body sank into the mattress and the first night it was impossible to sleep. The owner of the hotel, very grumpy, tried to silence us by saying ''SHHH''. The lady, perhaps the wife, after so many misplaced answers, granted our request. In addition to the unavailability of the owners, really MEDIOCRE services: indecent breakfast, served at 8.00, late for a ski resort, if you arrive later and some product is finished they do not stock it, and there is no hot drinks service (only vending machine). Although it is referred to as a hotel restaurant, the restaurant is closed, there is no vending machine for any need, nor a lobby. In the room you will not find mini bar or slippers or courtesy set or body cream, only a hairdryer of the 70s and SOAP, but be careful, they do not restock it daily with the makeover of the room, and when I asked the lady answered ACID "do you want it every day?": a hotel from 450 € / night that saves on soap, EMBARRASSING!!! In the description there was direct access to the slopes: FALSE, first plant at 400 meters. Free open parking but with very few spaces, garage 15€ / night even if indicated as free. We happened to come back in the middle of the day and find room cold with window wide open, ABSURD. Not to mention I put some clothes on the radiator and they moved them to my shower! Central heating, you can not manage independently, so sometimes the room was cold other times too hot, and we adapted. The first day at breakfast in front of the coffee maker, the lady asked me in a STIRTED tone "what are you looking for lady?", I replied "I'm seeing what the machine offers" and she "what she sees!" as if I had to hurry! Last thing, do not enter the breakfast room with wet shoes or the lady will chase you all the time passing the rag! From complaint for the INQUALIFYING attitude of the owners and for the inconceivable value for money, they do not deserve 3 stars or to have a hotel. My advice, if you want to feel at home, be greeted with a smile and receive attention, AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE.
