First of all, the reception is separate and access to the rooms is not monitored and anyone can enter. The hallway smells like sewage... Does it cost that much to put out an air freshener?? Our room wasn't bad, quite large and well-furnished, and the mattress was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was too freezing and cannot be adjusted from the room. Breakfast was a disaster! Few items, poor quality, and not organized at all. There were no plates, bowls were missing next to the fruit, and sometimes there weren't even any teaspoons. On the last day, the croissants were gone and there was still half an hour left until the end of breakfast time. We tried to have dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night but, apart from the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, everything was disorganized. We waited 20 minutes to get the bill! The spa is a fake... Aside from the fact that there is no one to welcome you and explain anything, the sensory showers didn't work, the Kneipp path is ridiculous, and the sauna had no light. We asked them to fix it, but the girl who came looked for two minutes and left without saying anything to us... At the end of the two hours, nothing was resolved! In short, this hotel is a huge rip-off! It shouldn't even have 3 stars. Services are completely lacking. I heard other people complaining but they don't care at all!!! Avoid this hotel !!!!!

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the lake, but the hotel seems a bit dated, in my opinion everything should be renovated: the furniture, the hair dryer, the TV. Furthermore, the layout of the spaces is a bit confusing. I find that dinner at the Pinocchio restaurant was too expensive compared to what you eat, and also "difficult" given the excessive heat and the lack of air conditioning. The biggest disappointment, however, comes from the spa... a small indoor pool (in fact, a reservation is necessary to enter), a Turkish bath that in my opinion was impossible to enter because it was excessively hot (it burned your face), and a small sauna with a faulty door (I risked hitting my head while leaving because it would get stuck on the floor). The massage was terrible unfortunately, I had to choose only two parts of the body to massage (or rather, to stroke, it wasn't a massage...) and they didn't even let me turn over at least for the upper part of my thighs/legs.... Never happened anywhere else... The landscape is stunning but I will certainly not return to this hotel.

First of all, the room looks nothing like the pictures. We came to the hotel and almost fainted because the smell was really bad. I felt like i was in a nursint home for eldery people. The room looks old thats okay, but i found spiders in the room and webs. The shower head was ruined. And the worst of all was the aicrondition. It never worked and we went down to tell the staff and they told us they were sending someone to fix it, but it never was fixed and we slept in a warm room. If you are from Scandinavia and are used to a certain kind of standar this hotel is not for you.
