Arco Hotel

We are experienced travellers and are used to adapt to the conditions of the country... But in this case this "hotel" deserves receiving this review, because of following bad experiences we had during our weekend in milan: - hotel really old fashioned, not really clean - very loud in the morning because bedrooms are located around the breakfast area - no tram station close to the hotel (only tram) - very poor breakfast (breakfast is from 08.00-09.30am and around 08.30 there wasn't anything left to eat. Furthermore, you can only take one beverage and if you would like to take one more you need to pay extra: e. g. I have ordered a "cappuccino" and he accidentally gave me a normal coffee and wanted to argue that he was right... Of course he didn't change the coffe with the cappuccino because in his opinion it would have cost more) - beds are extremely thin and sheets are dirty - bathroom extremely small - wifi doesn't work properly in bedrooms (way too slow) - heating functioning only from 9pm, which is quite late during winter Conclusion: do not waste one cent of your precious money in here. Avoid it like the plague!

We booked Arco Hotel. When we arrived there were kids running up and down the stairs screaming. The manager was rude unapologetic and demanded we pay on the spot. My husband asked if we could see the room before we paid and were told when you pay you see. Our skin crawled just standing in the foyer. There is no lift. We left immediately and sought out another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not worth the saving you may make. Supposed to be a 2 star hotel but doesn't deserve any stars.

In general the hotel is good with clean room and comfort beds and amazing view ,the room service very good and the staff so friendly about the breakfast I can see it's not very delicious .finally I can say according to the price the hotel very good
