As Hotel Limbiate Fiera

We unfortunately had a very bad experience at this hotel. The hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel, but the standard is perceived more like a 3-star hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 p.m. The room was dirty upon arrival, with black spots on the floor and the mirror, and the bathroom had visible mold. The cleanliness was far below what one could expect from a 4-star hotel. I booked the stay directly by phone and informed clearly that we were traveling with children and arrived late at night. Still, the room was not ready for us – it lacked enough dynas and pillows. It was a very bad start to the stay. The next morning we addressed the problems with the reception. The standard was so poor that we wanted to cancel the rest of the stay and get the money refunded. The hotel did not refund the full amount, but withdrew us for one night. We decided to move to another hotel the same day. This led to additional costs for us, since it was a last-minute booking, and the stay became significantly more expensive. Unfortunately, neither the cleanliness nor the service lived up to expectations. Based on our experience I can not recommend this hotel and we will not stay there again.

Very clean hotel and super nice staff. The breakfast is great with lots of choices, and the staff refills things quite quickly when the trays are empty.. Thanks to the whole team.

Hotel is okay, motel room comfortable with the car right at the door. Food is okay. Poor service at breakfast. Upon entering the breakfast room, all tables were "eaten off" and not cleaned. I had to first ask the staff to clear a table.
