⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. We originally booked a Comfort Room, but due to the unacceptable condition of the room, we were moved to a renovated room of a lower category, which was significantly cheaper than the one we had paid for. Despite this downgrade, we were never refunded the price difference, which was approximately €100. The first room had rust on the doors, what appeared to be blood stains on the wall, and damaged walls, making it feel neglected and far below the standard we expected. Even the renovated room had a strong unpleasant smell, so the overall experience remained disappointing. I would like to mention that one receptionist was exceptionally kind and tried to make things right by offering us one day of complimentary parking. Although this did not come close to compensating for the €100 difference between the rooms, we genuinely appreciated her professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, one kind employee cannot make up for poor management, poor maintenance, and the lack of accountability we experienced. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously—not only by improving the condition of the rooms, but also by learning what genuine hospitality really means: taking responsibility, treating guests fairly, and making things right when the hotel is at fault.

Very good hotel, it lives up to its 4 stars. Friendly staff, choice at breakfast, and a clean and spacious room; I loved the bathroom! As for the location, we are not in the center, but the subway entrance is about 3 minutes away on foot; there is also a large shopping mall a few minutes away on foot with several restaurants and shops. The pluses: the bathroom and the breakfast The minuses: Nothing to report

Upon arrival, we were gifted a very welcome room upgrade. Kind and prepared staff. Optimal room cleanliness. Good breakfast! Metro station a stone's throw away. Highly recommended.
