Brianza Hotel

the proprietor of this hotel violently assaulted my family, including our two year old son. We were not told about ongoing construction at the hotel before booking/arriving. We complained multiple times because it woke up our two year old son many times. The proprietors don't speak English or Italian very well and seemed to dismiss our concerns. When we left we were very angry and told them they should not be booking guests if they are under heavy construction, we got in an argument with the proprietor and he attacked me and attempted to swing a heavy pipe at us, including our baby. These people do not know how to treat customers of a hotel. Other than that this is a pretty bad hotel, very poorly designed, the rooms have tile floors which make you feel like you're sleeping in a bathroom and in fact the bathroom stank of sewage which made the whole room smell terrible. There was no elevator (which was obscured in the listing) and a complicated number of very steep stairs. The owners do not speak English or Italian and are not good at communication and in fact rude and aggressive.

Central, clean but the small room on the second floor without elevator with a narrow and rather steep staircase. Besides, I had to carry the trolley alone. Breakfast acceptable.

Worn out but clean. Smallish room for a family. Lousy AC. Very ordinary breakfast. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
