Convenient for its location near the tram stop. Quiet and pleasant hotel, it also has a large garden. The rooms are relatively spacious... Ours was a little dark. The breakfast room is very beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff.

· Very nice staff, friendly Big room, nice size Room very clean The room is spacious Disliked · The location is not great, we walked to the Navigli where all the bars and restaurants are, but it takes 25/30 mins (I like to walk anyway). There is a tram and buses anyway. Our room looked a bit old, the walls are not that big, you can hear the noisy from other rooms, at night you can hear the traffic (if you have a room facing the main road), this was annoying during the night. maybe some sounds proof windows would help.

I was staying on a business trip for 4 days. The hotel is located at the south-west of Milano, a couple apo 7 km from Center with tram connection. The hotel has a calm and pleasant inner garden with a high quality restaurant. However, the rooms were not holding the standard of the 4 star rating: Air conditioning not working and opening the widow resulted in a flush of Moskitos entering the room. No drinking water in the room but available in a vending machine. Can be quite loud until very late when there are events in the garden. All in all a mixed experience
