A beautiful hotel, with elegant rooms, a gorgeous restaurant and bar, enhanced by a breathtaking view of the city. The location is optimal, especially if you want to have easy access to the Duomo, the Galleria, and the main attractions of the center. I am writing this review, however, especially because what I liked most was the staff. From the door to the reception, to the bar and the restaurant, I found real, professional, and passionate people. Excellent food, excellent cocktails, and, above all, hospitality with personality: warm, friendly, sincere, and full of personality that is now very difficult to find. You can clearly perceive how much the whole team has done everything and more to give soul to this property. And they succeeded completely. Well done! A special mention to Jonatan, Dining Room Manager, who was fantastic with my son and my guest during dinner, making us feel as if we were regular customers… and, above all, like friends. We will be. 😊

For a short visit to Milan, this is what one can recommend in terms of privileged location. Good quality hotel, excellent location and breakfast above average, highlight for the fruits. The rooftop also invites for a visit at the fall of the afternoon.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights… and unfortunately had almost two sleepless nights. If you value a good night's sleep, never agree to get a connecting room here. We stayed in Room 907 on the 9th floor. The room itself was beautiful, with a balcony and stunning panoramic views over Milan. However, the soundproofing between connecting rooms is almost non-existent. It felt as if the connecting door was made of paper. We could hear every conversation, the TV, and even private moments from the room next door. It was impossible to get a proper night's sleep. The second issue was the air conditioning. It simply didn't cool the room. The temperature stayed at around 23°C, no matter what we set it to. A technician came the next morning but couldn't fix the problem. Interestingly, our friends were staying on the same floor and had the opposite issue—their room was freezing, and they couldn't adjust the temperature either. It seems the air-conditioning system is very inconsistent. Another inconvenience was the parking. If you're traveling in a large vehicle or a minivan, be aware that the hotel garage may not accommodate it. We had to park on another street about a five-minute walk away, which cost €25 per day. One more thing we found odd: the breakfast room was extremely cold because of the air conditioning. So we spent the nights feeling too hot in our room and the mornings feeling too cold at breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, and most of Milan's main attractions are within walking distance. We also loved the toiletries—the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing and were of excellent quality. Unfortunately, a good night's sleep is one of our top priorities when choosing a hotel. Because of the noise and the air-conditioning issues, we wouldn't choose to stay here again.
