Eco Hotel La Residenza

A 3-star hotel very well connected to the subway (Affori), with many supermarkets in the area including Esselunga, Aldi, Penny and especially close to the small park where you can walk in the shade. The hotel's outdoor area is very nice under the trees and the internal restaurant is also all very good. I found the room slightly outdated, noisy air conditioner, dated furniture, bathroom without a window and no fan, cheap shower curtain of the plastic kind. Empty minibar. However, overall the property is very attentive to recycling, waste, and the excess of single-use products; in fact, I appreciated that there were no mini-sizes but dispensers, and that towels were not changed by default but only upon request. SUPER breakfast, both in abundance and quality, for everyone, including celiacs, vegans, and those who are lactose intolerant! We will definitely return! P.S. Gianni the Sicilian at the reception is a top professional!

A bit out from milan for us ,hotel is a little dated needs a renovation but the staff were great 👍

I wanted to personally thank Martino and Sara for making our stay so memorable. Martino welcomed us so warmly from the moment we arrived late in the evening and went out of his way to ensure our sons arriving even later, were taken care of. His attention and kimdness was incredible. Martino also helped book our next hotel stay in our next city and Sara had great recommendations for Venice, making our experience even more special. Both Martino and Sara showed genuine hospitality and being Southerners from the US, we appreciate hospitality. They are a true credit to your hotel, and we are very grateful for them. Todd and Jenny
