Great hotel! Only downsides there ain't much facilities or a reception. Maybe some storage would be good in the rooms. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfy and it had friendly staff

My stay at Puccini Hotel Milan, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality by the receptionists (Greta and Chaira) who welcomed me at check-in . Her professionalism and kindness immediately made me feel at home. Throughout my stay, every member of the team was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. During check-out, the receptionist (Fabio) left a lasting impression. He warmly greeted me with a few Arabic phrases he had learned during his time in Morocco, a thoughtful gesture that reflected his appreciation for different cultures. What impressed me even more was that he personally stepped away from the reception desk to help carry my luggage all the way to the taxi outside. .The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Breakfast was another highlight. The continental selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh options to suit different tastes. Each morning, the restaurant manager Gab, welcomed guests with a warm smile, setting a positive tone for the day. I would also like to recognize Emanuele and Silvia, for their exceptional friendliness, attentiveness, and outstanding service. The hotel’s location is ideal conveniently close to Milan’s city center while still providing a quiet and comfortable environment, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. I wholeheartedly recommend Puccini Hotel Milan, Tapestry Collection by Hilton to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and world-class hospitality in Milan. Magnificent stay. The hotel is very new so there is a feeling you’re the first one using the room. Location is very central with access to public transport as well as the main train station in Milan. The outlet on the 5th floor is great for cocktails on the terrace as well a simple meal.
