Hilton Garden Inn Milan Malpen

The first night was stressful because so many ants were in our room. The night reception staff offered to change the room because they couldn't do anything at night, and we had to move to a slightly smaller room with a family in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception with glasses- unfortunately, I didn't get her name- was very friendly, professional and helped us with directions to go to Milan Central. We tried to order room service on the 2nd night, multiple calls, but no one picked up the call. Complained to reception, but the cant do much because the restaurant is busy handling the dining guests, which was disappointing. After all, you can't go outside because there is no takeaway or restaurant within walking distance of the hotel and the taxis to expnsive from any small distance. The shuttle service was very good if you need to go to Milan Central or Lake Como from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a very quiet place. If you enjoy busy city life, then stay near Milan, and easy to take the train from there as well to Lake Como

Very comfortable hotel, kind and helpful staff. We stayed one night at this hotel, having to transit through Malpensa for our next flight. Highly recommended for the services offered such as the free shuttle to/from the airport.

I stayed at the Dolce Milan Malpensa for one night! I must say that the hotel has everything necessary. Spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent restaurant, and the staff was very welcoming in all departments. I will return
