Hotel Catalani e Madrid

Kept as a prisoner We kept as a false imprisonment for the concierge. I have a video of how we were treated. The doorman tried to hit me. that's right! tried to hit me. He closed the door and kept us prisoners. It was terrible… we were terrified. The guy was so agressive

We stayed for 2 days at this hotel. It was OK, but tiny. The bathroom is OK, but there isn’t any fridge in the room and no mosquito curtain on the window. The toilet of the waiting area was stinky and dirty. (We had to wait for our room, because We arrived early.) The breakfast was poor, almost only sweet things and coffee from a machine!

Very nice and comfortable hotel to stay. We were here for 5 days and we felt just like home. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good variety. The surrounding is also good and everything you want is just few minutes away. The staff is really helpful and cooperative.
