Hotel Central Station

The location is great and only 2 minutes walk from the exit of Milano Centrale. The hotel is located on one of the floors of an old building, where several hotels are located. I have seen that this hotel was rated very low and was worried, but when I arrived I was very happy. You don't really expect anything from the outside. With a very small old elevator you reach the reception, where you are immediately very friendly. The room was spotless and very nice. The features of the room were largely what you would expect from a luxury hotel. The room has an air conditioning, which with the temperatures above 30 degrees was really necessary. Across the street you will find several restaurants in the Il Mercato Centrale, which sold everything you wanted. My thanks and compliments for the fantastic time and stay go to Jessica (owner), Luka and the other staff at the reception, who have been very friendly and helpful! It is a central hotel, very practical for all travel, as its location facilitates access to transport and attractions. The cleanliness in the premises was on a good level, which contributed to a pleasant stay. However, there are several points that need to be improved. On the 7th floor there was no Wi-Fi, a problem that seems to concern the hotel more generally. The breakfast was moderate and when a product was finished, it was not renewed, which created a negative impression. Regarding the reception staff, in general they could show more interest and willingness to serve the customer. An exception was a polite girl, who stands out for good behavior and willingness.
