This is a small and cozy hotel that is located in a rather quiet area, but is nonetheless not too far from the hustle and the bustle of the city, so in that sense it represents a happy mixture. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and major landmarks such as the Milan Cathedral and San Carlo al Corsocan can be reached in approximately 30 minutes (or even less) at a brisk walking pace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with a high level of English proficiency. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Stefano who provided me with an invoice (sending two versions of the document per e-mail), as I had forgotten to request one while I was still in Milan. He responded in a quick fashion to all my e-mails and his willingness to lend me a helping hand really managed to pull me out of a bind due to allowing me to be reimbursed for my expenses (given the business nature of my trip). The room was relatively small, though this added to its charm and it had all the modern amenities. I would say that there was hardly anything left to be desired when it came to the sleep quality. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of foods and I was especially impressed by the desserts. All in all, I had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel without hesitation! It is quite suitable for business travelers (the only potential downside may have to do with the lack of large conference rooms), though it's likely to appeal to people engaged in many different types of tourism.

A small, clean hotel in a quiet area with very good bus (0 m), tram (300 m) and metro connections (600 m). You never need a taxi here. Nearby there are enough places to eat out in the evening, rather simple, but I prefer that to overpriced restaurants with waiters with ties (I'll go right out the back anyway). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very small and rather spartan, but we were anyway only there to sleep. At night it was a bit too bright from the outside, so you sleep a bit restless. That's what the team should be working on. Breakfast was good, but they might be a little less strict with the limit of 10:00. You get kicked out of there, which I think is unnecessary. Overall we were satisfied and can well imagine coming back.

Hotel with very small interior spaces. Upon arrival hits the reception downstairs, then assigned the room, you realize that all the furniture is very dated, the carpet very worn and lived in, the assigned room (206) really microscopic (with bathroom without bidet). It overlooks a very busy street and, fearing foreign noise, I return to the reception to ask if possible to have one at the back: a very kind Mr. Stefano, pleases me (and I thank him very much) and I am assigned the 212, certainly better as a space and as a bathroom, so certainly more livable (but always very small measures). Breakfast is decent, however sufficient. A critical element is the absence of insulation between the rooms: you can hear any word, even if it is said in a low voice, but you can also hear the bath water and any other noise. But my neighbors were corrected and made very little noise. The cleaning is still well done and does not lend itself to criticism. Wifi excellent and well working. Another advantage, it has an agreement with garage 300 meters for those arriving by car. In the end I slept well, had a decent breakfast, enjoyed the cleanliness and kindness and professionalism of the staff, so I feel I am making an overall positive assessment.
