Hotel Molise

A 3* hotel with good and bad points. Room small and run down in need of update. Room 34 no plug in sink although we asked lots was never repaired! Floor tile broken so cut my foot on floor! Wardrobe only ok if you’re a giant! Bed sheets to small for double bed. The area of the hotel is surrounded by undesirables, litter, graffiti, not the nicest to return to at night as 35 mins from metro. 10 mins from tram. GOOD points, price, shower, lift and most of all reception very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Especially Shabbat who spoke good English, always had a smile on her face and took time to explain problems, doing her best to sort them a lovely lady.

reason for 2, I booked asking for early check in at 14.00 instead of 15.00 I am approved of this arrival request and I am told that I have to wait until 15.00, on the Booking c website it is written until 12.00, the receptionist told me the check out is at 11.20 For me the reception and information are important being a traveler I adjust according to the info of the hotels I book tickets, more than anything else instead of waiting 2 hours at the station I would have done one hour less willingly. About the structure, location 4 km from the central station, clean room, furniture a bit 'old-fashioned, but for the price I paid is fine, if you are passing through and you are not looking for anything that is more than fine. I hope this criticism can be constructive.

Booked from home for one night, 3 star hotel (questionable). I paid 98 euros , plus 13 tourist tax. I paid much less in much better hotels, the fairly clean room very small, 2.5 x 3, with a 1 1⁄2 square bed, in a run-down neighborhood, without private parking. Disappointed.
