Lido

I stayed at the Hotel Lido in Milan, and my experience was truly very positive. The staff consistently demonstrated kindness, availability, and attentiveness to the needs of the guests. The stay was pleasant in every aspect: the room was clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything necessary for the stay. Every request we made was fulfilled when possible, making us feel always warmly welcomed. Additionally, once we returned home, we realized that we had forgotten a pair of pants at the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and professional in locating it and assisting us in retrieving it, a gesture we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable environment and attentive, friendly service. A sincere thank you to all the staff for the hospitality and availability shown.

Hotel located in an optimal position. Kindness and courtesy assured. Availability for every request made. Family-like atmosphere. Small but cozy and very clean rooms. I highly recommend it.
