Dishonest hotel! Street parking was arranged as part of the booking - but the FAILED to honour their emailed confirmation of this!

An hotel without honour in the confirmation emails! STREET parking was guaranteed for an extra period but REFUSED on the day! GPL so unable to use the underground parking. All of this was checked - and guaranteed - BEFORE making the booking! Emails available for verification.

Totally misleading about the situation! Located not a few minutes from the city center, but about 40 minutes walk from there!! Totally out in the suburbs without any Milan feeling at all! Nothing to see or do. No air conditioning even though it is indicated on the wall with all the technology normally belonging to air conditioning - it turned out to be incorrect and that it was only ventilation with three different modes - which after complaining about air conditioning could not even be turned off!! !! I was dying of heatstroke, and it wasn't even hot outside, and noise from the fan that kept me awake all night. Not recommended. Seek something a little more among civilization, even if more expensive.
