Hotel located on Via Masaccio, just a few steps from the Lotto subway station. After staying here several times, I can confirm that it is an excellent choice for those visiting Milan. The staff is always kind, professional, and helpful. This time, however, the assigned room, located on the top floor, convinced me less compared to previous stays. Although it was clean and equipped with all essential comforts, the finishes and attention to detail were below the standard to which the hotel had accustomed me. Another aspect to improve concerns the air conditioner: the room was quite warm, the air conditioning did not cool effectively and was rather noisy, especially at night, making rest less comfortable. Breakfast is always good, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. Cost per night €150 with breakfast included. Tourist tax €12 per day. Despite these negative notes, the overall judgment remains very positive thanks to the excellent location, the quality of services, and the courtesy of the staff.

The room was okay, just old, but clean! Unfortunately, the window faced the courtyard, so it was very loud due to work and staff. Now about breakfast, well, no, there was hardly any selection for a Melia, it was meager and very disorganized; the plates piled up on all the tables, and the staff was not attentive, one had to ask them to clear the tables, not good management.

The exterior structure is sterile and unattractive... it recovers inside with furnishings appropriate for a 5-star business hotel. The lobby is beautiful with the staircase leading to the conference rooms, as is the style of the lounge bar. The reception staff is kind and professional, and the floor staff is discreet and smiling. Bar service has its ups and downs; I usually settle my room upon arrival, and I decide to have a coffee with a client, requesting the charge to my room, but the bartender tells me that since I have already settled, he cannot do it, waving the card reader in front of me and asking for immediate payment... 5 euros against hundreds of euros per night already paid? Not exactly elegant for a 5-star hotel. Ordinary room, furnished in a modern style but identical to those of a superior three-star hotel, insufficient bathroom with a shower box with inadequate seals causing water to spread throughout the room; even the sliding door of the bathroom was broken and damaged, making a bothersome noise with every use. Excellent international breakfast for variety and quality, the only downside being that coffee and cappuccinos are from a machine; it probably would have been possible to order them at the bar, but I did not find any staff in the dining area to ask. Given the lights and shadows of this hotel, the prices are not adequate to what is offered.
