Good hotel, well organized, good location, close to metro and close to Milano Centrale station, quiet and safe neighborhood.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the centre of the city. The location means one can walk to the centre with ease - even in the summer heat, it is tolerable. The rooms are a good size and clean. The bathrooms are not ventilated so get very hot very quickly. The staff at reception spoke great English and seemed friendly, always acknowledging us as we arrived and left. Breakfast was a letdown. The pastries were stale. The milk was sweetened and tasted horrible, meaning I couldn’t have cereal. The water machine was challenging to use. The lady running the service was friendly. I felt for her with the poor quality foods.
