Everything was perfect, honestly.

The location is really good and close to the duomo. The service and staff are really good, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning was a huge plus.

Porta Romana area, I must say it immediately made a good impression on us from the moment we entered, starting with the wonderful welcome from the staff at check-in, explaining our stay to us. Very clean and tidy double room, we were on the fourth floor. Small touches are greatly appreciated, such as finding the coffee machine with welcome pods kindly offered by the staff; it is not something to be taken for granted and we appreciated it a lot. The room was equipped with a minibar and air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. We will definitely return if we happen to be in Milan again
